It's hard to feel satisfied, there's always something else that I want, so here's mine, not too ambitious I think:
F1.4 50mm, can be AF-S or AF-D
F2.8 70~200mm VR with some sort of teleconverter.
105mm Macro VR
Would definitely need lighting aid for the macro.
The 50mm and telephoto are upgrades from what I currently have. I want AF for the 50mm for focus speed and much better optics for the telephoto. I currently have the non-VR 70~300mm AF-D which it sub par when mounted on a D700.
For the 105mm, it's less important. I depends on where I live and if I can get access to places with tiny critters often. Otherwise, I won't have much use for macro.
Also, a nice tripod will be good for product photography. I have been struggling with travel grade tripods with the D700 and a telephoto for product shots. It just shakes too much. I then used a heavy duty video tripod and it turned out so much better. This also depends on whether I get to do product photography often, but it's definitely a nice to have.
Of all of the above, I see myself getting the 50mm first and the macro last.
So what do you have in your mind?
