Thanks, and although I'm not a fan of the reich, this art deco architectural style was common in the 1920-1930ish era.

I was ISO the a930's magazine/newspaper photo look.

Originally, I believe, built as the 'OHIO BELL TELEPHONE COMPANT BUILDING' in 1930.

It's look is ruined at street level by 'MODERNIZATION' and is relatively small by today's standard. I'm guessing 10-12 stories.

The eagle in the photo above is the one on the lower left of this photo taken the same day from a lower point.
