Where to download "Actions" for Elements 7?

Hey guys where can I download "actions" ex. eyes, smoothing skin, etc. for Elements 7? Thanks for the help!

go to my computer/C drive then program data then adobe then elements then 7.0 then locale then en_us then workflow panels then actions put then here then back out to where u hit workflow panels then change the mediadatabase to mediadatabaseold.db3 and then ur done

also if you cant see program data u may need to go into the control panel and select to see hidden files

LOL, actually you read my mind. I forgot to put the install part in my original post. I needed to know both. Thanks everyone!
