Where to find lens caps

[Emilymarie]

I lost mine in a field during a session last week and really need a new one. I have the canon 24-70L. I found a few 77mm?? ones but I dont want the ones that say ultrasonic on them... I want one for an actual L lens (im just really picky like that). Ideas?

Here is what the original looked like: Canon U.S.A. : Consumer & Home Office : EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM

I have a whole stack of L glass lens caps I never use. I prefer this style, minus the stupid little strap. Pro Center Pinch 77mm Snap-On Lens Cap with Leash [LCP011L77] - $5.95 : Mennon USA, Photo accessories - Lens hoods, grey cards, white balance caps, camera grips and straps, remote controls
The are much easier to get on and off with a hood in place and I don't give a D@#% about it being a Canon cap on my L glass. About the only lenses I don't use these for are my 200mm f2.0, 300mm f2.8 and 400mm f2.8 since they are end of lens covers instead of caps.

I too, prefer the plain-jane centre pinch caps & three-way rubber hoods to go with. I also dress for comfort & not style.
