Where to post photos online?

What site is good to post photos online? (Like flickr, yahoo 360, or etc) I would like to find a place to post that others could view them and give feedback and I could possibly meet some people in my area that have the same interests. I would also like a site that protects the pics so others aren't downloading them and using them as their own (not that I know that anyone would want my pics....it just makes me feel better) Any suggestions?? you could always try deviantart i guess. they have some watermarking features and copyright license you could put on your pictures. I use deviantart myself.
