Where's My Notifications?

Since mid day today I noticed that my notifications bar is missing, anyone else having this issue? It's just blank now. I think the ad's are messing it up or something.

yep i'm an idiot, I accidently turned compatability mode on. I wonder if IE7 users don't have this issue
