Which CF card should I buy? (New to FF)

I recently bought myself a 5DM2 and it came with Transcend CF 4GB 133x.

I am completely new to CF cards entirely as I have always shot with crop cameras that used SD cards.

I mainly shoot still portraits and some lifestyle.

What kind of CF card would be best suitable for me?
How can I find which speed CF card should I buy?

I'm not looking to invest in large memory CF cards such as 16gb or 32gb.
I would rather prefer smaller sized CF cards like 4gb and 8gb.
(The whole, don't keep all your eggs in one basket thing)

Any info or articles would be helpful!

Should I be buying a CF card with UDMA?
Is my 5DM2 compatible with UDMA CF cards?

Lexar Professional is my only choice in CF & SD format . And the fastest available.

Everyone will have their personal preference. I've always used SanDisk with never a problem.
