Which flash to buy?

Well, I began photography earlier this year (maybe 10 months ago) so I'm still kind of a beginner, but I really felt myself progressing through time, and I think it' s time for me to buy a cobra flash. I have a Canon EOS 1100D and my budget is not so big (maybe 40-50€ (= 50-70$)).
I don' t care if it' s not a famous brand, could anyone just help me? Thank you .

Pretty much all flash units in the $50 - $70 price range will be 3rd party manual flash units that have no TTL capabilities and require you use the Manual camera shooting mode.

Getting consistent results from a TTL flash unit requires acquiring quite a bit of technical knowledge. Learning how to use flash manually is considerably easier but still involves a learning curve.
