-Sony Cybershot DSC-H7/B

-Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ8


I like to do all types of photography and am stepping up from point and shoot to full manual controls.Do all these cameras offer that?
You can reccomend another camera but it must be $350 or less. I would prefer a slr look,not an slr but like a full zoom as I don't want to invest in dslr.

I am just looking for a camera with full manual controls for all around photography with the min. shutter speed as 20 sec.

I am not familiar with any of those but I suggest having a look at www.dpreview.com. They have a side-by-side feature so you can directly compare them spec wise.

I know Canon makes a powershot model called the S5 that has manual control but isn't a full DSLR.
I know someone with a powershot G2 and she likes it alot.
The G2 even does RAW, which is the desired format.
