Which used wide angle lens should I buy?

Hi, which used wide angle lens do you think is the best buy to my Canon eos 450? Both are in good condition.

Tamron SP AF11-18mm F/4.5-5.6 Di-II LD Aspherical [IF], for 216 $.
or:
Tokina AT-X 12-24mm F4 PRO DX II AF, for 329 $.

Tokina 11-16mm F/2.8. It's the best UWA on the market for crop cameras.

I have considered other alternatives, like fixed-lenses. Most wide angle are very expensiv, booth fixed and zoom. These two where at a good price I think.
Tokina 11-16mm F/2.8, was the one I wanted most, but they are a bit pricey.
What alternatives do you suggest?
Where can you find a used Tokina 11-16mm F/2.8, at a resonable price? Is it on ebay or amazon I can find them, or are there any other sites, maybe specialized online photo stores?
Here in Sweden the range of used lenses are poor.

You dont find used tokina 11-16mm f2.8's because they rock and people do not sell them. Seriously. But I assure you they are worth the extra money and would put those wide angles lenses you posted to shame.
