Really nice. I do agree that the light pole is pretty distracting and, were it my shot, I would remove it.

I'd also crop it a bit to draw the viewer in a bit.

Cloud... You're on fire today. Maybe take a break?

The pole might be distracting to some, but I tried taking it away - and the pools of light as well.
The photo became rather dull as a result.

I like the shot, but I must say I'm not accustomed to the look of film.
Nice lighting.

I totally disagree. For me, the light sets the mood of the photo. If it was growing out of the middle of his head like a birthday candle, I'd have issue with it. Without the light and the assoicated pools on the ground, this photo would be become very flat. To me it looks like a photo that could have been taken back in the 50's or 60's. Personally, I wouldn't change a thing.
