White Nikon Lenses

I personally wouldnt own any equipment that is white. Im out in the woods and, such. So it would be black or whatever color soon enough. That and I would have to spend more time dusting off for appearances than shooting.

What are prices like ordering straight from Nikon ?

Well I was a Ritz camera employe at the time so I got a nice discount I paid I think $1100 for the 70-200VR 2.8. Nikon and most other manufacturers for that matter will not sell to the general public. They do not want to undercut their distributors.

What would be really cool would be a white camera body with a white lens!!

If I can find the picture I will post it. It was a Rebel if I remember correctly.

$1100 wow That's an amazing price. Shops over here generally ask £1100 - £1300 (which i believe is about $2100 - $2500)
