It was that green.... it was some kind of sea weed that grow on the rocks ...i am not sure it could be classified as mosses

Frequency, Nice, vibrant image. The water really makes your image. Why not re-compose so that the water is 2/3-3/4 of your composition. The dark Moss covered rocks will still be effective in a smaller proportion to the whole.
