Some forums do not allow posting of dynamic photos. That might be one reason it isn't showing up. Another might be because the file name has a '.html' suffix.

There's no overexposure shoulder on digital like there is on film, so once something gets overexposed it goes straight to white instead of pale blue like film does. You'll need to reduce your exposure compensation as needed so that you still have some sky color.
