Your a bad influence lol. over the past summer with weight lifting at the gym, bike riding and cutting way back on the sugars i lost 17 pounds for a flat gut and found my abs that i have not seen since i was like 20 years old and now going to be 56. Sugars are one if not the biggest offenders of body fat but that doesn't mean you have to eliminate it but cutting back way back makes a huge difference with exercise of course.
