Too many to C&C, really. I'll just say I love 6 of the Sparrow. Could do with a tad of brightening, but that's all.

Yea, when I hit post it did kind of go a bit overwhelmed with images. Think I may trim back the number, for a bit more focused info. Will post up another thread for the plant life.

I think they all good besides #10 which has a blur in the middle... Unfortunately the birds in Bucharest are pretty boring and not very colorful :(

Thanks Forkie and Ginu.

Will give #6 a tweak in PS and see what happens.

@Ginu - It's the same back here in Belfast, not much colour in the wildlife. I still find interest in capturing them though.

Tweaked Contrast/Bightness and Curves in PS.

Much better! I wonder if you could also bring out his eye a little with the dodge tool without brightening the plumage around it? If not I wouldn't worry too much. Much better than the first one though. Keep practising!

I'm a sucker for taking pictures of animals. I have tons of pictures of birds/animals. Zoo's and aquarium's are great for this also.

I really want to find someplace where humming birds roam and spend a day to try getting one shot haha. I live in Vancouver and I know there is a few spots with hummingbirds, however I haven't been been able to find a single spot where is not overly crowded and I dont have 50 ppl watching me while I try to take a photograph.

I really like the editing above, very sharp and love the colors.
I dont know if this would work, but if you feel like playing with the picture a little more, I would suggest blurring the background a little more as the bokeh is a little too sharp. I think a nice soft bokeh will make the shot quite pleasant to look at. The bokeh in that shot reminds me of when I was a little kid and was running through the garden with my grandmother's glasses on my face; boy did I ever get a headache over that.

i personally think they're all a lil too tightly cropped.
i think # 10 is really good, even though its a bit blurry in the middle but to me thats the most natural shot and you've got the bird looking right at you.
