Will pay someone $5 to edit a photo for me

Okay, so I don't want to post the photo in the OP because it's a picture of my brother and I don't want a lot of people I don't know to know what he looks like, but I'll send the picture via PM to the person who accepts the job.

So I need someone to edit a picture of my brother for me. I'm giving my brother a pillow case with a picture of his face on it for Christmas, and I wanted the background cropped out of the picture, and a new, nice/kinda silly/fun looking background (it's meant to be a kinda silly present) added in to it. The picture is 270x480, but needs to be 2720x1780 (as seen here 20x30 Photo Pillow Case - Walmart.com)' I know it's a big size difference, but if you're feeling up to it just let me know. If you have any questions or if I'm being too vague just let me know.

Would it be possible to get a bigger image to start with? I'd be more than happy to do the edit for you for free - but as 480Sparky mentioned the starting image is way too small - so unless you want your brother to be in a Where's Waldo style image, the end result would be almost unrecognizable. You can't blow up an image that much, it just won't work.

Sorry, but I wouldn't even open the photo up from my in box for $5.00. Editing is a skill that you pay for and $5.00 doesn't pay for anything in the way of editing. If it wasn't a skill that takes time, practice, and determination to learn you would be doing it yourself. Also, you can't make a silk purse from a sows ear and trying to make a decent photo 2720x1780 from a 270x480 resolution image is two steps harder than the purse.
