Went out to do some winter shots and a little snowshoeing today. This first shot was on the way:

I really like #1, it has a story behind it, and thats what makes a great photo in my eyes. Maybe if there was some way of making the boat stand out more? Its obviously there, but the colors seem a bit washed out compared to how I suspect they were.

#2 and 3 are a tad underexposed imo, but I know this can be tough to attain with all that snow around.

#4 is definitely interesting, more a street look then anything else, but I'm just not feeling it for one reason or another (so take that with a grain of salt )

They all look technically sound..
Well exposed, sharp with good composure.
Number 4 _ for artistic value. My pick.

2 and 3 could stand a shade of fill light.

Thanks. The boat is very faded and I could only get the shot I wanted looking at the shadow side. I wish I had some flashes to fill with. They'd also would have helped with the bunkers but I don't know how well with the size of those bunkers.

Glad to see I wasn't crazy when I saw #4

Your color work was what I was trying to do but what I came up with was my best effort.
I like the b&w too I just felt the boat popped out more with the color.

So how'd you do the color one?

The others would probably not really catch my eye, except for the fact that my dad was stationed in Alaska in WWII, so I look at those bunkers and wonder if he ever found himself in one of them...
