Wireless flash trigger compatibility?

I currently have a Neewer 750ii Speedlite and shoot with a Nikon d5300.

The wireless flash trigger linked below claims to work with nikon/canon speedlites, but would it work with my off-brand Neewer speedlite?

you wont be able to "control" the 750ii with that.

if you say bought a YN622N-TX and a YN-622N trigger -- you could actually control the power lever/zoom of the 750ii from the camera.


Otherwise, those will probably work to trigger the flash in manual mode. But I'd go with something like the RF-603II, which works at 2.4Ghz vs 455Mhz and can sync to 1/320sec.
