Wood Duck

I went to the marsh this morning and was well rewarded. I was able to shoot a Wood Duck. These are the most elusive of all the ducks and rarely get close to people. Raymond and Chiller he was beautiful. Downside I had to shoot with 1600 iso so it is a little noisy.

Wood ducks are beautiful ducks.
I am seeing them here and now for the very first time. Soooo many interesting colours - even a dotted chest. Wow.

beautiful Shot! love the colours, and you did so well with the noise of 1600 iso.. awesome... I plan on heading east this Saturday am, to visit the Marsh, and maybe go to the Pickering Flea Market.. I hear there are some picture frame dealers there, and I would like to buy a few.. If you guys can help me find this place, I would be very thankful!
