Great urban portrait! I think perhaps a touch more contrast and a tighter crop would help. The only major compositional issue I see is an excess of vertical elements; the pole , the tree, and the subject, but this sort of photography is 'take it as you can get it' so, that's minor.

Just my $00.02 worth - your milage may vary.

I love Columbia!! The food is awesome, the little show they put on is good too.
