Excuse the title being a bit off. Did this shot a few years ago [top one] then fiddled in Photoshop to produce [bottom one] Any good, critique welcome.

I cant totally tell for sure since theres so many ways in PS to get the same result , but I think you might of rendered lighting effects such as omni spotlights and maybye some of them were red, or blue instead of the default white.......

Besides that I see the lens flares too, I think you used the 35mm flare? not sure though....

It looks kinda interesting like when you get deterioration from the
[FONT=verdana, geneva, helvetica]acetate base in old film....
