WHERE CAN I GET ONE FROM? and how do i know which one is fast is their a scale???

Write speed is a measurement of how fast a card can write data, not a brand.

"Best" might be a waste of money if your camera can't utilize the speed of the card. Check the manual, and get the highest speed the camera utilizes.
