Did you considered a bracketed HDR shot?
The lights down by the street seem overexposed while the sky is underexposed combined with a high ISO gives some grain to the shot.

I still like the shot, just curious if you considered an alternate approach.

To be honest I was walking with the wife and just got of a quick shot. Great suggestion though.
