I'll say nay - or perhaps meh.
I want to like this shot. The composition makes the highway the centerpiece, but it's not very interesting (to me) and my eyes search for more to engage me.
I find interesting buildings, but they are cut off at the bottom. I think it's just "too pulled back" to draw me in.
Technically fine - maybe a little weak with the blacks, but that's a matter of taste.
I wonder if a landscape orientation might have been better.

It's not a great shot, but interesting enough for me to spend some time studying it. So somewhere between yay, nah and Meh. I hope that critque helps

I agree with Sleist. I think that if you were lower to the road it would be more captivating.

Shot about 100 feet lower about level with the roof tops bottom right
would have been much better

To me the real interest is the bottom 1/3 of the shot ....If the file is large enough you might be able to rework it. I think with a tighter crop it would have more interest.

This falls down for me because the road provides a very strong leading line back to... not much.

If you adjusted the exposure to make it more even top to bottom, and made the contrast a bit punchier (not too much, I oppose the current fad for high contrast, but I agree with KenC that this is too flat), it becomes more interesting.

I would also make some selective adjustments to make the last bridge across the highway on the way up, the truss bridge, stand out more. It is a natural "subject" or at least point of interest, both in terms of position and in terms of visual interest. One can imagine it's intricate truss structure as a summary of the rest of the image, or as a contrast to it (older style versus new, that sort of thing).

This is heavy handed and I don't think it works, but this illustrates the general idea.

It might be interesting to look at and examine if printed and seen High-Rez. Detail-rich landscapes like this do not fare all that well on the web.

Yeah, I meant to say that too. This one would definitely get a boost by being printed big. Maybe not enough of a boost to justify the cost of the paper, but a boost!
