Yeah, I've seen it referred to both ways as well. They both mean the same thing though in the end. Still doesn't mean "TIPS Or SUGGESTIONS" imo.

CC is always asking for the negatives lol. At least, that's what I always want to hear. Who cares what I do right, give me the wrongs, so I can improve. If I wanted praise, I'd have stayed on Facebook.

It is too saturated and too blue like everyone else is saying. This might be better in B&W, the red tail lights in the back are also distracting. The focus seems great though

Yeah I would give it another go, maybe add a little blur to the background (just a little) to take the focus off the lights in the back.

how do you blur the background?

And that fixes most issues other than the blown out back end of the car. Sorry, but that makes this photo un-useable as there is simply no image date recorded on the rear left quarter panel, so there is nothing you can do to bring it back in post, short of manually painting a new rear end onto the car using the colors from the front.

If the OP shot in RAW, I think the image could be salvageable. It seems like a lot of the issues with the photo stem from the post-processing, unless the OP is shooting in JPEG and has the camera automatically doing that to the photos.

I've converted to B&W in silver efex using Pan F film profile and aded contrast and sharpened

After seeing the original, you've totally ruined the actual color of the car. The pale yellow is original looking compared to the big bird yellow you changed it to lol.

I'd say start back with the original image and go from there, minus the uber-saturation you added.

This is a freaking 55 ford thunderbird. It's a work of art! I'm not defending the photo, but it's a sweet car for sure! Let me guess, you drive a prius and think it's sexy?
