I saw more bears this trip then ever before

Nice set!

Nice captures! We went to Yellowstone about 15 years ago and were searching for bears. We saw one Grizzly that was surrounded by cars and people. No other bears until we were exiting out the back gate and found a big black bear sitting in a bush eating berries. We were the only people around and had the show to ourselves.

Nice ones.
Great pics, I'm ready to go back as it's been a few years.
Thanks for the kind words. I have never seen so many bears as I did this trip. The trick is that I think there was still snow up high and in fact the roads were closed the day before our arrival. There was 6 foot of snow on the sides when we got there in the higher elevations but we had a heck of a rain and a couple days of warm weather then it got cold. But the snow pack dropped considerably so I figure animals will head up higher in search of food too.
