Yet, another sunset - C&C please.

So, I received my cheappo tripod today and I went to test it out on the field. The tripod broke before I even had the chance to test it. Really disappointed... but I managed to get some decent shots.

The Rule Of Thirds would really help here. 1/3rd land, 2/3 sky would result in a more pleasing shot. As it is now, the top 1/3rd of the pictures really don't add anything to the shot.
