One of our fundamental rights in the EU is the freedom from abuse, malice and intimidation. We generally prefer that to the freedom to abuse and intimidate that the USA's 2nd amendment offers.

I'm not surprised that you don't understand our freedom of speech. Actually, abuse and intimidation are illegal here. You're just not reading the law properly.

Our freedom of expression law does not allow for abuse and intimidation, but it does protect our right to criticize the government.
