Exactly!

Much like the statistics that say since the revoke of the motorcycle helmet law (in Pennsylvania, but not actual numbers here) there has been 20% more accidents. What they don't tell you is there are 135% more motorcycle riders, so the real statistics of accidents has actually gone down.
