Zoombrowser X: Locked thumbnails

I have zoombrowser x. I used to be able to click on the thumbnails to amplify the pictures. I don't know what happened but I'm not able to do that anymore. I click the thumbnails and they stay the same. I have gone through the settings but haven't been able to figure what has changed. Any ideas?

Is X the latest version? I have EX (which is newer, EX or X?).

IF X isn't the latest version I would just update it and hopefully that will fix your problem.

Sorry, yes, it is EX, not X.

You are double clicking, right? Dumb question (don't be offended, lol), but I had to ask.

If I double click it opens the thumbnail in a new window, double clicking the image in that window makes it full screen.

You could try re-installing it, but there's probably an easier way - but I don't know what it is...

Thanks. Yeah, I'm double clicking, and the problem didn't exist before. It just started one day. I thought I had changed something accidentally but I can't figure out what. Maybe re-installing is the way to go. Thanks!
