I like the panning, and movement in the wheels. I find the fence through his head, and the railing in the foreground a little distracting tough.

Yeah, the setting wasn't ideal, to say the least. I had the room to do it while being inconspicuous, but the backdrop sucked.
Looks like practicing this was all for naught. Not going to the track until probably September.
