16mm B/W Reversal Film and 8mm Magazine 8

I am a student looking to find a good price on 16mm B/W reversal film as well as 8mm Magazine 8 for an upcoming independent study. I'm also looking for the best places to process the film. I live in Illinois. I'd appreciate any help, info or leads you can provide.
