18th birthday gift - help!

hi! Because I'm almost out of cash I decide to make a birthday present for my friend only with my hands... and comp. So I did this:

Naturally all those faces is my friend. And I don't know that to do ith wishes. They are there on this white part. All photo is on A4 and wishes written with 16 size font. Do I have to make it smaller? And do I have to leave my signiature down here? (my signiature - Ola Mietus *Mentos*)

What do you think?
Of course I'll have a print of this on A4 and give this framed.
