A Little New Snow at Dusk

There is some fresh snow on the ski slopes at Steamboat Springs last Saturday evening after sundown.

Wow drdan! I really like this shot. I may be a little off when I say, the only thing I can suggest is cropping a little off the top. IMO, it's a little distracting. Still a great shot.

I'm gonna agree with the crop. I don't know what else to crit.

Good point Hobbes. I knew the crop wasn't quite right but for some reason was blocking out cropping the top.

A little off the top, maybe....like a modest haircut. But I wouldn't get carried away, since with this beautiful DOF the eye naturally swoops up the image to the top....I want a little majesty of the sky over it all.

Sharp as a tack and gorgeous. Nice job!

This one was taken a couple of miles away as the sun was peeking out from under an overcast sky at the last minute before sundown.

i love the second one... the colours are so vibrant. makes me hope for a nice long colourful autumn.
