I gotta say something. Just so you know, the game Grand Theft Auto 4 had certain scenes cut out of it for its sale in Australia, however here in the US it is shown in its full version.

I find this bazaar too. Everything is rated. From games to TV. Im not sure what GTA4 was rated, but it should have been 18+ and left alone. Ratings are designed to inform people of the content. If you dont like what they are warning you about, or you dont want your kids watching it, turn it over and let those who are ok with it, watch it. I know this has gotten a little off track, but in regards to the OP, I dont have a problem with it but there would be a time and a place for it.
