Black Swan's

Okay, so I am a literal dweeb...even being that, I don't get the twisty-tilt on two black swans...please explain how this accentuates any part of the image.

I don't get the tilt either, nor the expanse of dead space on the right side of the photograph. Personally I would have continued rotating the camera another 45 degrees or so and taken the shot in portrait mode to accentuate their long, graceful necks.

Other than that, a nice shot. A little underexposed in the shadows but surprisingly sharp for f/2.8.

I agree with the above statements. A portrait crop with no tilt would make this a much more appealing photo.

TILT!!! WHY?!!

Wow I've never seen a black swan before. But I agree the tilt is doing nothing for me and I would have zoomed in and made them larger than life don't care for the negative space they are so beautiful they demand the entire image area for me.
