I'll second Michael Freeman's Trio of The Photographer's Eye, The Photographer's Mind and the Photographer's Vision. In that order.

Some of the best ways to learn composition is from checking out other peoples websites. I looked at this one today, http://www.gracenotephotography.com also the ever popular JeremyCowart.com they guy is a total legend
