Photos OK to edit
Hi,
I'm new to the forum, and kind of new in the world of photography since I only practice it as a pation since May. I leave in France and I will do my best to have a clear enough english to be understandable.
Anyway here are my shots, and I'm thrilled to hear your criticisms...

The second shot is a great shot although they are all pretty good. It reminds me of the Atom Heart Mother, Pink Floyd, album cover.

We have happy cows here in California. They play dodge ball and sleep in. That's why American cheese tastes crappy. French cattle look very serious and professional.

La numéro deux est terrible, j'adore cette photo.

The picture looks cross-processed, this cow has style in my opinion!

thanks :) I have been trying to take "original shot of a boring animal, so I mostly played on the post production with PS.

Eeeeh! The resistance is forming... the bovines are taking over the forum!

Yes, these are Mad Cows, it's like a disease!

Avoid the COWscription- volunteer your cow thread today/tonight!!!

Why are their noses pierced?
I like it. They're funky cows!!!

#3s my favorite.

I guess that they pierce their nose to be able to hold them if they get a bit wild :) Or may be there was techno party around and they just took acid and got pierced :)

As for your cows Abraxas, from what I have seen from you, it looks like that you enjoy making your pictures look like a "newspaper". That is not a criticism, or anything negative, but a feeling I got from these cows and Mas Vegas serie.
I especially like your first one.

Cows party?

No problem with the comment on my images. I'm not very experienced or -good- at people shots (and?) so I have as much fun as possible, then to thicken the mix I call it 'style.'

The cattle photos were taken in 2000 or so with a Sony Mavica and the resolution set at 640x480. They were taken for an internet project I've been working on since 1995. http://digital-desert.com/ (and now also http://mojavedesert.net/ ). A few years ago I bought a dslr after I had recieved a call from the Guggenhiem in New York wanting one of my photos for a space exhibit. The resolution wasn't up to par so I decided that wasn't going to happen again for that reason. That was my brush with a claim to fame.

'Some' of my work is a little more refined. Mostly unlikeable, but I figure tuff-ruff. My 'style' may never stabilize- so I've been working on a gallery anyhow; http://walterfeller.com/. Some are better, some are not. I'm having fun with all of it though.

Thanks also. It's more about feeling than asthetics for me.

Are all the pictures on Walterfeller from you? They are nice pics :)

Great cow pictures! I did some "stylish" cow photos a while back too.

:lol::lol::lol::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Im just a farm boy from the midwest. Our cows have a sh** life. They are forced to give milk at the mercy of very cold hands in the winter...so all our ice cream is made natural. ;-)
