Curbside Lunch

The woman was not homeless, which made her decision to take a break from her walk and eat lunch just there more attractive and guilt-free to me as a subject. Obviously, the pattern and colors of the fences also gave me the courage to take yet another shot from my crossword bench. And the guard nodding off on the left just added to this view of 6th Street looking toward the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Petersen Auto (wavy red) Museum.

Nice shot but what's with part of the tree doing a disappearing act, or so it seems. Just below the halfway mark it looks like it's been cut horizontally and half it's width has been lost from there on up. I just can't figure that out.

It has been cut there. No part of the tree was harmed in post processing.
