I really like the texture of the flowers, in and out of the DOF. I also like how the darker stems contrast the flowers both in tone and shape.

I think that you should try an angle of view that fills more of the frame with flowers and dark stems. Get rid of the dark, empty space in the top left, and the empty space on the right. Also the bright green stem in the background on the right is distracting.
 
I may be totally off here, but this one's too dark for my liking.
 
i have to agree with both kasmattfish and canonrebel. ALso there is just too much going on in the photo to hold interest to any part for any period of time.

The green stem, black void, multiple clumps of flowers in and out due to the DOF, just too busy.

acctually most of the time I have to agree with you...this was a rare shot of mine...most only have one flower.
