After a day of solid rain, the clouds broke for a while and offered this dramatic view of the North Pier at Blackpool. Of all my photographs of this pier, it is the least conventional, but maybe the best. For more info go to http://photoreflect.blogspot.com

Cool shot, good job on exposing the water and sky so well. Piers are always very contrasty aren't they!

This is awessome. It really captures the moment of "the end of the storm and begining of the sun". It's like you can tell that it had been raining for hours.

I'd really like to see that in black and white. Great shot!

Fantastic shot! The shine of the water, the darkness of the clouds and the general neutrality of the pier are a great combination.
