Flowers! (what?... it's spring!)

    And here I was, steeling myself for the C&C...

    I know I put up a lot of flower pics, but as someone pointed out, they really are the easiest for a beginner.

    Or maybe no comments means it's perfect? :idea:

    The flowers in #1 are stunning but the background is distracting.

    The first ones are VERY pretty! Do they hang down from someone's stone wall?

    With regards to composition it would have helped the second photo (so I think) if those flowers had been given "room to look into". Now they "look" right at the edge of your frame.

    Thanks for the replies :)

    As for the background, yes it's a stone wall. pretty much every building in my neighborhood looks like that. Which is why, even if it's distracting, I can't change it... I personally think it gives the image character.

    As for the second ones, I couldn't take a wider image w/o including branches and dead flowers, but I get your point.
