Got a new toy.

Well, I got this off of e-bay for about $35.
It's a Canon TL QL made in 1968
I've been looking at it and it seems very nice. (very good condition)

Came with two lenses, two flashes, and the original leather case.
I haven't gotten take any pictures with it... but I'm sure it will work fine.

I love using old cameras like this, I think I will start a collection soon enough.

Hey, that's just like my camera, mine is the tx though. I shot with that camera up until about a year ago and I bet it still has film in it. The battery for my light meter went and it's horrible to try and shoot with out it!
I've gotten great pics out of the camera!

Which lenses did you get with the camera??

I got the original Canon 50mm f/1.8 and the Vivitar 28mm f/2.8
The 50mm is in amazing condition. but the 28mm has some dust on it... I haven't been able to inspect it very closely but I'm sure it can be cleaned up.

I like wider angle lenses anyways, so that worked out perfect!

The battery for my light meter went and it's horrible to try and shoot with out it!

Well, I think the battery that is in it is almost out... it's not spiking up fast enough like the manual says it will, so I need to get a new battery for it. Until then I will just use my other camera as a light meter. (or just practice without a light meter)
