Graphic Designers! How accurate am I?

I wrote this eHow article on how to produce a vinyl decal based on my experiences as a screen printer earlier this year.

Now that I look back at it, it does not really paint a detailed picture of what really goes on, but if the illustration is simple then it should help someone save a few $ on a art charges

i think doing the live trace is unnecessary if you are going to have them trace it in the end by hand (which i agree should be done).

also, you might mention a few other vector programs, i'm with you on adobe illustrator but if you could mention at least 2 others. doing this gives them something to search for to get a better idea of what a vector program is and might help them find a free program to start on...

otherwise, i think it sounded pretty good.
