The two biggest issues that I see are:
1. The branch stuck in the middle of the water fall
2. The weeds sticking up towards the bottom right.

I believe these two items are a distractions and take aways from the real beauty of the scenery. The lighting is good and the DOF appears well too.

One more suggestion would have been to place the waterfall more towards the left of the framce to capture the rock edges and pool below.

That about sums it up for me, too. The FIRST thing I noticed was the branch thingy sticking out in the middle of the falls.
