I must be very, very sad because not only am I completely new to forums but I am also very confused! Not even sure how I stumbled across sending this message, but can't seem to find how to generally send a message...

I have asked by a friend to take some pictures of her for a model portfolio and I am completely out of my comfort zone and need some advice. Help!! She has years and years of being photographed I'm not sure where to start. I don't have a studio.

She has suggested some shots outside using the snow as a reflector.

Help please!! x

By the way, what are tags and why would I want them?

Welcome here... if the sun is not so strong the snow shots could be a good idea, but there are far more expert people then me here.
