Help with transferring stand alone LR/Files to new computer

On Mac that'd be /Users/You/Library/Application Support/Adobe Lightroom/
"Lightroom 3.0 Registration" is the filename on mine since I upgraded to 5 from 3 but I guess it didn't change the filename.
