I shot a deer! and some other stuff...

    I went to this place called St. Mary university seminary. It's basically like 50 acres of deer. C&C is welcome. The lighting conditions I had were AWFUL!

    Like them all, even though the deer in 2 is pretty much centered. #5 is better in the larger size, I'd crop a bit off the bottom of it and up the saturation just a little to make it pop more.

    A shot like that for me usually is followed by an ear piercing KABLAM!!!!!!!!
    Then I make steak. :)

    Too funny! Mine is usually more like ffftt! (The sound of a bow). Killer eyeguards on him on #4! Great job on capturing that buck. Looks like he'll be a dandy for sure, gotta love them backstraps.

    Yes it was shot with the D40.

    I am a vegetarian so no deer eating will be going on in this thread :confused:!
