I took this a couple months back, with my old P&S... I was going through some pics,and seen this and decided I kind of like it Is the camera tilt a little much though? Any CC is welcome,photo editing is fine as well.

No, the tilt is not too much: Actually this is one of very few photos that I personally find perfect with this tilt. I am not surprised you are finding this so good now. It is good.
